Refund Policy
We want every payment to be straightforward. Here is how refunds work for credits, plans and subscriptions.
Credit purchases
Credits are added to your wallet as soon as a payment is confirmed. Because credits are consumed immediately when used, refunds apply to unused balances and are reviewed case by case.
Payments that fail
If a payment fails or is cancelled, no credits are added and you are not charged. Failed orders stay visible in your wallet history with their status.
Subscriptions
You can switch off auto-renewal at any time from your wallet, so the plan simply ends at the close of the current period instead of renewing.
